All booth floors must be finished. Exposed concrete is not acceptable. Booth carpet along with furnishings, audio visual, internet, and electrical services may be contracted and purchased through the Exhibitor Service Manual that will be made available in Spring 2025.

Official Hotels
OnPeak is the official housing provider for Emergency Nursing 2024. The official hotels will not call exhibitors or sponsors to make housing arrangements. For groups of 5 rooms or more, the Hotel Request Form is applicable. The Emergency Nursing Association reviews groups of 15 rooms or more prior to hotel placement. The group policies, located in the request form, outline pertinent deadlines and hotel allotments.

Beware of Poachers
onPeak is the only official hotel provider associated with Emergency Nursing 2025. We have received reports that other companies are posing as official travel vendors for the show and may contact you offering hotels for your trip. They are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.
Use of ENA Name
ENA, Emergency Nursing 2025, and Event logo are registered trademarks owned by the ENA. Participation by Exhibitor in the Event does not entitle Exhibitor to use such names or logos, except that Exhibitor may reference the Event and use the Event logo with reference to Exhibitor's participation as an exhibitor at the Emergency Nursing 2025. Participation in the Event does not imply endorsement or approval by ENA of any product, service or participant and none shall be claimed by any participant.
