Don’t miss out on this valuable opportunity to reach nurse leaders outside of the Experience Hall. A limited number of Symposia will be scheduled each day of the live event and will not conflict with ENA educational sessions. These 90-minute Symposia are open to all conference registrants. Food & beverage cost is not included in the sponsorship fee. Companies have the option to apply for CERPS for their session, following all ENA CERP guidelines and policies.

Insights & Innovation (1 Sold, 9 Available)
In the Experience Hall, the Insights & Innovation theater is an opportunity to speak directly to ENA conference attendees in the Insights & Innovation Theater. These short, interactive drop in sessions run for 15 or 30 minutes. Seating, a podium and a monitor are provided. Theater seats 100 attendees. *Must be an exhibitor to participate

Focus Groups
Ensure your ideas and concepts are vetted by industry professionals through a Focus Group made up of Emergency Nursing 2023 attendees. Sponsorship includes private meeting space, F&B provided, $100 stipend as a thank you to participants. ENA will facilitate recruitment of 10-12 participants based on company parameters.

DisastER (Exclusive)
An effective hand-off report of vital information between EMS providers and ED in-hospital providers is essential to the delivery of appropriate and continuous patient care. The area will review the importance of effective communication and, identify strategies for improving communication between these two healthcare delivery teams. Training will be facilitated by the First Response Training Group.
Also in the DisastER area, the Air & Surface Transport Nurses Association (ASTNA) will host a series of presentations for those interested in flight and ground transport nursing. Topics can range from transport considerations when training to be a transport nurse, transporting the tactical patient, Fit-for-Duty and your EAP Program, and a variety of other themes.

Sponsor the ever-popular ePoster and gain exposure to attendees as they visit this hub of peer-to-peer learning. There will be numerous timely and novel research, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice ePosters on display throughout Emergency Nursing 2023 and available to all nurses. These high-resolution monitors display e-posters that easily draw the nurse’s attention toward current studies on relevant emergency nursing topics. Sharpen Your Skills: Hands-on Learning Experience (SOLD!)
This tour of the ED world is intended for the novice nurse, the nurse who wants to up their game, and the experienced ED rock star who wants to sail, fly, and journey through the experience of a lifetime. You can also discover a new frontier in emergency nursing - Advanced Practice. Explore your role as an RN assisting with APRN skills, or if you are an APRN, practice essential procedures commonly performed in the emergency care setting.
Professional Headshot Station (SOLD!)
Give Emergency Nursing 2023 attendees publish quality photo headshots, perfect for social media accounts and resumes. Attendees are greeted and serviced by makeup artists to ensure they look their best. Headshot Station is "brand immersion" at its best. Each guest will spend around 15 minutes in the Lounge.

Relaxation Station (Exclusive)
One of the most tranquil places on the Experience Hall floor is the Relaxation Station, located within the ENA Together area. Professional massage therapists will provide complimentary 10-minute chair and/or foot massages to help attendees relax and rejuvenate. Sponsorship includes promotion on the Conference App and prominent signage around the area. Sponsor has the opportunity to provide branded t-shirts for massage therapists to wear. The sponsor has the option to hand out literature and/or items to participants if requested.

Dog Petting Lounge (Exclusive)
Wagging tails, fluffy fur and unconditional love. The ENA Dog Petting Lounge is sure to bring joy to conference attendees. The concept is simple - attendees can stop by the ENA Together Booth for some dog play from our furry friends, feel the stress melt away and let your smile reappear. Stress therapy dogs is nationally recognized and is now available at Emergency Nursing 2023.

With the all-new Play. Score. Win., attendees will visit your booth for a Leveled Up engagement opportunity! ENA is implementing Goosechase – an app dedicated to enhancing event experiences – which brings attendees to booths to snap pictures of products and services or answer pre-determined questions within the app. The attendee earns points for interacting with your booth and your business gets more traffic.

Draw traffic to your booth by hosting a fun snack station in or near booth during Experience Hall hours. Each snack station is limited to one per day and available first-come, first-serve. Snacks can only be purchased through ENA. Other catering orders will not be permitted. Stations are available for Friday and Saturday afternoon.
