All booth floors must be finished. Exposed concrete is not acceptable. Booth carpet along with furnishings, audio visual, internet, and electrical services may be contracted and purchased through the Exhibitor Service Manual that will be made available in Spring 2026.

Turnkey Booth Furniture Package
You have the opportunity to upgrade your booth package at a discounted rate by purchasing through Emergency Nursing.
This package includes the following items per 10' x 10':
- 10x10 carpet – no pad
- One time vacuum prior to show opening – NEW for 2026
- 1 – 6’ long 30” high skirted table (black skirt & white top)
- 2 – black contour plastic chairs
- 1 – wastebasket
- Includes labor to install carpet, delivery and pick up furnishings

These private, hard-walled rooms come with your company's branding on the door and are available whenever the exhibit hall is open*.
