Industry Symposia | $17,500
Don’t miss out on this valuable opportunity to reach nurse leaders outside of the Experience Hall. A limited number of Symposia will be scheduled Wednesday - Friday and will not conflict with ENA educational sessions. These 60-minute Symposia are open to all conference registrants. *Must be an exhibitor to participate.
- Sponsorship includes promotion in the mobile app and signage.
- Meeting room includes a standard Audio Visual set (screen, projector, podium, microphone, speakers) and will be set in rounds for 100 attendees.
- Food & beverage can be contracted on own.
- Presentations can offer CERPS, following all ENA CERP guidelines and policies.
Opening General Session | $15,000
Help kick off Emergency Nursing 2025 by supporting the ever-popular Opening General Session. Attended by over 90% of registrants, this is a unique opportunity to partner with ENA to set a tone of excitement, discovery, and camaraderie.
- Provide a chair drop
- Feature a slide within rotating deck or a 30-second video that loops while attendees file to their seats in the general session (slide/video created by the sponsor and approved by ENA).
Closing General Session | $12,000
The celebration takes an all-new approach to wrap up Emergency Nursing 2025 by showcasing the best of the best in ENA and emergency nursing. This first-of-its-kind ENA event will energize audience members and celebrate every ED nurse in a way that fuels them with inspiration and motivation so they can continue to shine.

Focus Groups | $8,500
Ensure your ideas and concepts are vetted by industry professionals through a Focus Group made up of Emergency Nursing 2025 attendees. Sponsorship includes private meeting space and $50 stipend as a thank you to participants. ENA will facilitate recruitment of 10-12 participants based on company parameters.
- Private meeting room set in u-shape for 12 with additional chairs around the perimeter.
- Audio visual and food & beverage can be contracted on own.
- $50 stipend for participating attendees.
ED Talks Presentation | $5,000
An ED Talk is an opportunity to speak directly to ENA conference attendee on topics of interest to ED nurses in the Experience Hall. These TED Talk-style short, interactive drop in sessions run for 20 minutes. *Must be an exhibitor to participate
- Promotion in the mobile app and signage around the area.
- The space is equipped with a monitor, laptop, podium with microphone, and speakers.
- Your presentation will receive a push notification in the mobile app and an announcement over the loudspeaker letting attendees know it is starting.
