Official Hotels
ENA has partnered with onPeak–the only official accommodations provider of Emergency Nursing 2026 to secure a block of discounted hotel rooms at various hotels in Phoenix! To access the list of host hotels and to make your reservations go to: Housing
For groups of 5 rooms or more, the Hotel Request Form is applicable. The group policies, located in the request form, outline pertinent deadlines and hotel allotments.

Booth Inclusions
- Four (4) complimentary Exhibit Booth Staff badges per 10x10 booth space
- Mobile App Company Listing
- 8’ High Backwall Drape (not included for island booths)
- 3’ High Sidewall Drape (not included for island booths)
- Identification Sign
All booth floors must be finished. Exposed concrete is not acceptable. Booth carpet along with furnishings, audio visual, internet, and electrical services may be contracted and purchased through the Exhibitor Service Manual that will be available in June 2026.
