This exclusive sponsorship provides prominent branding and attendee engagement opportunities throughout a three-hour preconference event expected to attract more than 200 participants. Draw traffic to your booth by hosting a fun snack station during Experience Hall hours located in or near your booth depending on space.  Each snack station is limited to 300 attendees and available for first-come, first-serve. Sponsors may purchase and scan attendee badges for additional lead opportunities and attendee engagement. Snacks can only be purchased through ENA, other catering orders will not be permitted.

Candy Store | $7,500

Ultimate candy buffet that can be coordinated with your company color. Glass containers to display candy with individual bags included. Choice of 7 candies to choose from including: gummy bears, Mary janes, candy sticks, jellybeans, starburst®, lollipops, red hots®, Hershey’s® kisses, red vines, M&M's®. Serves 300 guests.

Cappuccino Bar | $6,000

A barista presents attendees with specialty made-to-order coffee service of espresso shots, flavored cappuccinos, macchiato, mochas, lattes, hot chocolate and steamers. The cappuccino bar is for 3 hours. 

 
Dippin Dots | $6,000

The original fun and beaded ice cream is a fun and tasty treat. You have your choice of two flavors: chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, rainbow, cookies 'n cream, mint chocolate, banana split, cotton candy, birthday cake. Comes with 300 servings.

Fresh Baked Cookie Station | $6,000
Tempt show traffic to your booth with the warm and welcoming scent of freshly baked cookies. You have a choice of one flavor: chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, or white chocolate macadamia nut. Comes with tabletop gourmet cookie oven and 300 cookies. Catering attendant included. 

Ice Cream Sandwiches | $6,000

Ice cream sandwiched between bakery fresh cookies that are a treat no one can resist. You receive your choice of (2) ice cream flavors: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mint chip, butter pecan and choice of (2) cookie flavors: chocolate chip, sugar, snickerdoodle. 300 Ice Cream Sandwiches and catering attendant included.

During Play. Score. Win., attendees will visit your booth for an engagement opportunity! ENA partnered with Goosechase – an app dedicated to enhancing event experiences – which brings attendees to booths to snap pictures of products and services or answer pre-determined questions within the app. The attendee earns points for interacting with your booth and your business gets more traffic.
